IOS Shows "Unable to Load Data" and Android Crashes When Opening Time Off Workflow Attachments.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Workflow
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Mobile Application

1. Log in to the Mobile.
2. Navigate to Time Off approvals.
3. In the mobile app, attempt to preview or download the attachment.
4. IOS Shows "Unable to Load Data" and Android Crashes.

• The issue will be fixed via the mobile release scheduled on 12th June 2026.
• After the fix is deployed, there would be an update available for the SuccessFactors App. Once update is available and it's updated, the issue will be fixed.
• Workaround: Access the Time Off Workflow Attachments from Desktop/Browser.
