Symptom
In custom quote table section, the number of items per page resets to 10 after navigating back to the Load Quotes page and reopening the quote, even if a different value was previously selected.
Environment
SAP CPQ
Reproducing the Issue
- Open any quote that contains a custom quote table section.
- In the custom quote table, change the Items per page value to a higher number (for example, 100).
- Reload the quote and verify that the setting remains (still 100).
- Navigate to the Load Quotes page, then open the same quote again and observe that Items per page has reverted to 10.
Cause
The behavior is caused by a product bug where the Items per page preference for custom quote tables does not persist and defaults back to 10 after leaving and returning to the quote.
Resolution
- Tentative fix version: 2608 (subject to change).
- Monitor this KBA and What's New Viewer History for SAP CPQ | SAP Help Portal for updates on the fix availability and version changes.
