Symptom

  • Manually maintained full name (BUT000-NAME1_TEXT) in individual Business Partner (transaction "BP") is not synchronized to the customer contact.
  • Customer contact full name (ADRP-NAME_TEXT based on KNVK-PRSNR) is always determined from the name format defined in transaction SA13.
