3762201 - "Define Screen Layout at Document Level" don't work for "Commitment plan" in ME31K - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

The issue pertains to the "Define Screen Layout at Document Level" functionality in SAP S/4HANA, which does not work as expected for the "Commitment plan."
Users are unable to configure certain fields as "invisible" within the "Commitment plan" despite using the relevant activity in the system (SPRO).
