3762249 - Internal error occurs on selecting a picklist/generic object field while requesting for leave in SAP Successfactors Mobile App

Symptom

Internal error occurs on selecting a custom picklist/generic object field while requesting for leave in SAP Successfactors Mobile App.

Note: The picklist/generic object field has field criteria set up (i.e., the field value depends on another field) 

    Environment

    SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management Mobile 1H 2026

    Reproducing the Issue

    1. Sign in to the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile application.
    2. Attempt to apply for leave where a picklist/generic object field (which has field criteria maintained) needs to be selected
    3. Below errors are encountered:
      • "Internal Error" OR
      • The field returns "No Data" and cannot be selected, followed by the error message “Looks like the data isn’t loading (Invalid field criteria Stop, Skip) specified in the API request.”

    Cause

    This is a Known Issue due to a defect in the 1H 2026 release.

    Resolution

    The fix will be released as part of patch release planned for this week. App version will be 17.0.4.
