• Is there a way to mass upload certificates to the Growth Portfolio or export them from the Growth Portfolio?
• When view permission for the Certification master is granted, users are able to download the certificate files.
  Is it possible to control this behavior through permissions?
• When exporting Growth Portfolio data, are certificate attachments included in the export as part of the standard product design?

Regarding permission control for certificates in the Growth Portfolio: For now, there’s no separate control for attachment. It’s based on growth portfolio view permission and target population.

There's no support of Certificate Growth portfolio Import or export currently.  It's not planned for upcoming release b2611.
