3762354 - Cannot edit Performance templates in Manage Templates

Symptom

Cannot edit permissions for Performance Form templates via Manage Templates admin tool. The required RBP permission to edit these templates: "Comprehensive template configuration for PMv12" disappeared from the permission roles.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 1H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage Templates 
  2. Open any Performance template
  3. Select any sections
  4. See that section and field permissions are not visible and cannot be edited

Resolution

Open an SAP Support case, request to open an Incident for Assignment group: SF-PLT Frameworks-PFS-Platform Service Plumber and provide written approval to run a script on your instance, which adds the RBP permission "Comprehensive template configuration for PMv12" back to your instance.
