3762357 - Calculate net income shows "no data to process" and job error "please create an incident on component 'fin-cs'"

• When running Calculate Net Income in the Data Monitor app, the system shows "no data to process".
• When running Calculate Net Income via Schedule Jobs for Consolidation Tasks, the job returns: "An error occurred. Please create an incident on component 'FIN-CS'."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Set Global Parameters to the affected consolidation group, version, fiscal year, period, and consolidation chart of accounts.
2. Open the Data Monitor app.
3. Run Calculate Net Income for Reported Data on the relevant consolidation unit.
4. Error occurs 

Lack of data released from accounting to group reporting to be processed.

1. Verify that financial statement (FS) items are correctly mapped to G/L accounts for the relevant scope and ledger.
2. Run a Realign Group Reporting Preparation Ledger job to ensure data alignment.
3. Run the Release Universal Journal task to make accounting data available to group reporting.
4. Retry the Calculate Net Income task in the Data Monitor or via Schedule Jobs and review the application/job log for details.
