3762434 - Internal Candidate Receives "You do not have permission to view this data" Error When Applying to Internal Job Requisitions - Recruiting Management

Internal employees are unable to successfully apply to internal job requisitions as the candidate receives an error message similar to:

• "'Field Label' You do not have permission to view this data"
• "Middle Name You do not have permission to view this data"

The affected field may vary between candidates and instances.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Log in as an internal employee.
2. Navigate to Careers.
3. Select an internal job requisition and click Apply.
4. Upload a resume.
5. Click Next to proceed with the application.
6. Observe that the application cannot proceed and an error message is displayed.

Engineering is currently investigating the behavior.
