3762446 - I‑9 Section 2 Page Keeps Loading - Onboarding

The I-9 Section 2 tasks for some users keeps loading and the task is currently available only in Onboarding dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Log in and navigate to the I‑9 Section 2 compliance task from the dashboard/Home Page card.
2. Open the I‑9 Section 2 task.
3. Observe that the page does not render and keeps loading.

Unsupported reassignment (delegation) of compliance tasks via Manage Data to an assignee outside the I‑9 Responsible Group, which disrupts the intended process flow.

1. Do not reassign or delegate compliance tasks using Manage Data; this is not supported for I‑9 tasks.
2. Ensure the assignee of the I‑9 Section 2 task belongs to the I‑9 Responsible Group and that the task follows the standard, supported process flow.
3. If reassignment was done via Manage Data, undo the change and return the task to a valid assignee within the I‑9 Responsible Group, then recheck the task.
4. Monitor product updates for the planned enhancement to support proper delegation of compliance tasks in the 2611 release.
