3762458 - Feasibility of reporting on Badges in Data Subject Information

Symptom

Whether data on Badges can be configured for the Data Subject Information report. 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Data Subject Information.
  2. Create a report.
  3. Observe that Badge information is not included in the report.

Cause

This is an expected behavior. Badges are not reportable in the Data Subject Information report.  

Resolution

Badges are only reportable via Report Center >> Table >> Employee Profile. Hence as per system design it will not be pulled by Data Subject Information.
