3762474 - Spotlight shows 'inactive (future)' for active users in Mini EC

Symptom

  • Employees converted from Onboarding 2.0 to employee via the job "ConvertExternalUserOnStartDateJob" display the status label "Inactive (Future)" in People Profile Spotlight.
  • The employees’ hire dates are in the past.
  • The organization is not using the full Employee Central module, and there is no Manage Pending Hires process.
