3762489 - Missing data in Display Project WIP Details app (fully billed lines not shown)

Symptom

Missing data in app Display Project WIP details (posted and billed lines not visible; visible in G/L line items;).

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Open the Display Line Items in G/L app and identify posted and billed project transactions.
Open the Display Project WIP Details app for the same project.
Observe that some posted hours/transactions are not displayed in Display Project WIP Details, even after revaluing revenue in the Event-Based Revenue Recognition app.

Resolution

By design, the Display Project WIP Details app shows only records with a non-zero Total WIP (partly billed or unbilled), or items that are Written Off, or Downpayments. Fully billed records with zero WIP are not displayed.
