3762504 - 'Future Changes' button not appearing for Work Order card – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Symptom

  • 'Future Changes' button not appearing for Work Order card.
  • Work Order card shows no data for future-dated records.
  • Personal Information card, for example, shows the future record icon and allows viewing, but Work Order does not.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Search for a user who has a future-dated Work Order.
  2. In People Profile, note that the Personal Information card shows the future-dated change icon and the future record is viewable.
  3. Navigate to Job Data > Work Order card and observe the card is not showing 'Future Changes' button.
