Symptom

1. End user cannot log into SAC Excel after Recent MS upgrade: version 2604 build 16.0.19929.2017 (one reported customer is on version: 2605 build 20026.20112)
  
2. SAC Add-in, the tab called "SAP Analytic Cloud" is not shown in Desktop version of Excel
 
3. Error: Microsoft 365 has been configured to prevent individual acquisition and execution of Office Store Add-ins

4. Error: Add-in Error Something went wrong and we couldn't start this add-in. Please try again later or contact your system administrator

5. After click "Go!" button, a blank page of SSO page during logon process, with url: https://SAC Tenant URL/sap/fpa/ui/office/office.html?landingPageUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fhcs.cloud.sap%2Foffice&landingPageVersion=1&addinVersion=1.23.0.0&addinName=ms-store&latestAddinVersion=1.23
 
6. Go to Excel - More - Add-ins, the "Admin Managed" section is missing
