3762627 - Single user unable to access SuccessFactors - "you don't have the permission to access this page"

• A single user cannot access the SF instance.
• Upon login tentative, the system displays the following error message: "you don't have the permission to access this page".
• Server log shows javax.servlet.ServletException with message: "Accessed a tab that does not exist, most likely because of no access permission."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Attempt to sign in to the instance via SSO (IAS/IDP) using the affected user credentials.
2. The application displays "you don't have the permission to access this page"
