Symptom

In transaction IW41 (or background workflow), saving a confirmation fails with "Start time is later than finish time" when a prior partial confirmation ended at 24:00:00 and a non-working day falls before the new entry; start time is proposed as 24:00:00 on the same date while finish time is the current system time.
