The delayed execution in our process changed by one hour due to the winter & summer time change in our time zone.

1. Configure a workflow step that waits a fixed duration (for example, 10 days) after the previous task ends.
2. Ensure the waiting period spans a daylight saving time switch from winter to summer time
3. Observe that the created task starts one hour later than the expected local time

The system processes and schedules internally in UTC. When a fixed wait duration crosses a daylight saving time change, the resulting local start time can shift by one hour.
