3762706 - Page becomes unresponsive when editing Spot Bonus via Pencil icon

When including a new record in the Sport Bonus, the system becomes unstable and does not allow the data to be added.

Error displayed:

“Page Unresponsive
You can wait for it to become responsive or exit the page.”

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 

1. Access the employee’s People Profile.
2. Navigate to the Compensation section.
3. In the Spot Bonus card, select the pencil icon (add data).
4. The system becomes unstable / unresponsive when trying to access or include the information.

The performance issue is a known limitation related to PPX with Latest Edit and history UI not enabled when handling hundreds of records. 

1) Pay component non-recurring edit performance issue in PP3 edit screen is a known issue.
2) Kindly enable the Latest Edit and history UI from Configure Latest People Profile.

Please submit an enhancement request if you are not willing to switch to the latest History and edit UI so that product team can assess and implement the functionality based on feasibility.
