3762770 - Sub Tab Configuration not longer works when logging in after H1 2026 Release

When a user logs into the SuccessFactors they are not direct to the correct sub tab page, The user is direct to the first tab of start page configuration

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Set the Start Page to "Recruiting".
2. Set Sub Tab Configuration to "Recruiting > Job Requisition".
3. Log out and then log back in.
4. Observe that the system opens "Recruiting > Dashboard" instead of "Recruiting > Job Requisition".
