3762791 - Unable to post a goods movement with partial inspection lot stock during usage decision

When making usage decision to an inspection lot with goods movement to corresponding stock, always all the inspection lot stock is posted, although only partial quantity is entered.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Make usage decision for the inspection lot in relevant app, such as Manage Usage Decision app or Record Usage Decision app.
2. In the stock posting section, enter a quantity less than the inspection lot stock quantity.
3. Save the usage decision and a material document is generated.
4. Check in the material document that although only partial quantity is entered, all the inspection lot stock is posed.

All the inspection stock quantity is posted because the "Stock screen backgr" indicator is set in the usage decision code used.

If only partial quantity needs to be posted, unset the "Stock screen backgr" indicator in configuration activity 102426 - Edit Selected Sets for Usage Decisions.
