When a UI is configured with a parent child object (e.g. Payment Information and Payment Information Details for the UK in this case), the child object is displayed in the legacy editing UI regardless of whether there is any data maintained for the child object.
If you click the 'View All' link on the Payment Info card in Latest People Profile the Child Object is not displayed.
If you add a value for the field in the child object it is then displayed after click 'View All'.
