3762858 - Calling an OData service with a specific sap-client using the OData V2 receiver adapter in Cloud Integration

When designing an integration flow in SAP Cloud Integration, there is a requirement to call an OData service endpoint on a backend system that operates across multiple clients. The desired client must be explicitly specified in each call, for example sap-client=100 or sap-client=200, as the endpoint system hosts multiple clients under the same URL.

It is not immediately clear where in the OData receiver adapter configuration the sap-client parameter can be passed.
