3762859 - Performing a data export in Data Workbench, the preview table does not display any records.

In Data Workbench, the preview table appears empty when attempting to export data. No records are displayed during the preview step.

SAP Cloud for Customer.

1. Go to Data Workbench Workcenter
2. Select Export option
3. Search Discount price List Items 
4. Filter out the data using key 
5. Click Export.
6. Preview table is Empty. 

The issue occurs due to standard authorization handling in Data Workbench:

Records with Release Status = 5 (Obsolete) are restricted.
Non-admin users do not have authorization to view obsolete records.
Even though records exist, they are not visible in preview due to authorization filtering.

1. Validate the Release Status of DiscountPriceListItem records before performing export.
2. Ensure that: Records selected for preview are not obsolete (Release Status ≠ 5).
3. Optionally: Adjust filters or sorting so that active records appear in the top 5 preview selection.
4. If required: Perform the export using an admin user, who has visibility of obsolete records.
