3762867 - Unable to Add Contingent Workers to Calibration Session through "Use Org Chart"

When adding users to Calibration Sessions via the Use Org Chart function, error occurs "Could not retrieve data for this user. Please try again later, or notify support"

• Manage Calibration Sessions
• Select Session owner who is a contingent worker
• People Tab > Use Org Chart
• Error appears "Could not retrieve data for this user. Please try again later, or notify support"
• No error when searching for non-contingent workers.

Hide Contingent Workers selected in the legacy org chart, as currently the calibration session uses the legacy chart.

• Access the org chart as normal
• Then, replace everything after "successfactors.com/..." in the URL with "xi/ui/charting/pages/orgchart_v12.xhtml#/"
• Here, when proxied as the owner of the calibration session, you will see an "eye" icon on the top right, selecting this will show a checkbox "Show Contingent Workers"
• Ensure this setting is checked.
• This happens regardless of the "Include Contingent Workers" setting in the Latest Org Chart
