3762873 - "Could not load SYB library libsybdrvodb.so." when starting Fault Manager - ASE HADR

Symptom

In HADR with SAP Business Suite environment, when starting Fault Manager out of SAP instance in Fault Manager working directory

sybdbfm hadm pf=/usr/sap/PEP/SYS/profile/SYBHA.PFL &

Reporting "Running Fault Manager failed. ", check Fault Manager log dev_sybdbfm (with ha/syb/trace = 3 ), we can see error :

Could not load SYB library libsybdrvodb.so.  No database connection possible.error: running fault manager failed.
