3762895 - Attachments and changes are not synchronized from Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders after subsequent changes

Symptom

  • DMS attachments added at the purchase requisition (PR) item level are copied to the purchase order during PO creation.
  • Subsequent changes to PR attachments are not consistently propagated to the related PO.
  • Propagation only occurs when attachments are deleted and re‑added within the same PR change and with the same document type.
  • If attachments are deleted and saved before being re‑added, or if a different document type is used, a new DMS document is created on the PR but not linked to the PO, resulting in missing attachments on the PO.
