3762899 - Route map actions 'View employee's Growth Portfolio' does not open in performance form

• Selecting Actions > View Employee's Growth Portfolio within a performance form produces no response (no navigation, no error displayed).
• Accessing Growth Portfolio via another link in the form or from the home area works as expected.

• Growth Portfolio

1. Login to the instance
2. Navigate to Performance Management.
3. Open an affected performance form.
4. In the form’s route map/general info area, open the Actions menu.
5. Select View Employee's Growth Portfolio.
6. Observe that no action occurs and the Growth Portfolio does not open.
7. Use a different Growth Portfolio link available in the form or from the home area and observe it opens successfully.

Confirmed product defect affecting the View Employee's Growth Portfolio action within the performance form route map/general info area.

Engineering confirmed the fix has been applied and it will be release to customers during 2611 release.
