3762904 - Errors /SCWM/PI_APPL:057 and CNTL_ERROR during partial usage decisions in EWM

Symptom

In decentralized EWM the QM processes are integrated with an external QM system (SAP ERP). Note 1953900 ("Subset inspection decision from external inspection") is implemented, which creates button 'EWM Inspection' on QA11 screen and allows partial inspection decisions for inspection lots with origin 17 - externally triggered inspection. During the partial decisions some errors may occur.
