3762927 - Custom Fields in Email Template not Populated - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Custom Fields in Email Template are not populated in the Email Body when the Email is sent.

The Email Template Framework reads data via CDS from the Database (for example, VBRK). Since the Custom Fields are empty in the Database, they remain empty for the Email Channel.

Implement the BAdI SD_BIL_DATA_TRANSFER (Custom Data Transfer for Billing Documents) to populate the required Custom Fields during Billing Document creation or manually fill the Custom Fields and save the Billing Document ensuring the values have persisted to the Database.
