Symptom

  • After running a CI-DS job, the Data Integration app shows several location-related key figure jobs with Record Count = 0.
  • The affected jobs complete successfully but no records are transferred for key figures.
  • The CI-DS monitor log shows that data is read from the flat file source and passes intermediate mappings, but the Merge step reports 0 records and the target receives 0 records.
  • Source tables/files contain expected data.
