3763008 - Fields from Recruiting Intermittently Blank in New Hire Data Review - Onboarding

When initiating onboarding for candidates from Recruiting, fields configured in the Recruit to Hire Data Mapping are populated in the New Hire Data Review step for some candidates but blank for others on the same requisition, even when both candidates have identical field values. The same fields are consistently affected across candidates. Restarting onboarding temporarily restores the values.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate onboarding for a candidate from Recruiting;
2. Open the New Hire Data Review step in the Onboarding Dashboard and confirm the mapped fields are populated;
3. Initiate Onboarding for another candidate;
4. Open the New Hire Data Review step in the Onboarding Dashboard and confirm the fields are now blank.

The external integration job is running at the same time Onboarding is initiated, causing the affected fields to become blank.

It is recommended to either disable the external system job or increase the available space for it to run.
