3763051 - Enhanced To-Do Integration upgrade missing in Upgrade Center - SAP SuccessFactors Platform

Symptom

The "Enhanced To-Do Integration" upgrade is not available/visible in Upgrade Center.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center and open Upgrade Center.
  2. Search for "Enhanced To-Do Integration".
  3. Observe that no corresponding upgrade is listed.

Cause

As of the 2H2023 release, the Enhanced To-Do Integration upgrade is no longer required for the integration with SAP Task Center and was removed from Upgrade Center.

Resolution

  1. No action is required in Upgrade Center; the Enhanced To-Do Integration upgrade has been removed as of 2H 2023.
  2. If a setup or implementation guide still references this upgrade, skip that step and proceed with the remaining configuration for the Task Center integration.
