3763063 - Unable to update SAP Cloud ALM API service instance due to error "No cf organization registered for this tenant"

Symptom

While creating or updating a Cloud ALM service key instance, an error message containing the following details is displayed:
"Couldn't update service instance 'instance_name'" is shown.
"UAA responded with status code 400".
"No cf organization registered for this tenant. Thus instance-secret is not allowed when using tenant mode shared. Use binding-secret or x509 instead".
