Symptom
- When a manager delegates a performance management form to a peer, comments entered by the delegate are displayed as authored by the delegator.
- The form route map/history shows no indication that the form was acted on by an alternate user via delegation.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
Reproducing the Issue
- Have a manager delegate a performance management form to another user (peer) using the Delegation feature.
- The delegate opens the delegated form and enters comments as allowed by their access.
- Review the completed form’s comments observe that the comments are attributed to the delegator and there is no indication of alternate (delegated) action.
Cause
In testing, the behavior appears limited to legacy performance management forms where delegated inputs are attributed to the delegator by current design.
Resolution
- The solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.
- As a temporary mitigation, enable the latest experience for Performance Management in Performance Management feature settings and re-test to verify that comments are properly attributed in non-legacy forms.
