3763111 - Compa ratio not visible in Latest People Profile "view all" when field is empty and accessed via proxy - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Compa ratio field is not visible in Compensation Information 
• No permission changes were made, but the field is not visible for users in the user's role.
• The behavior is observed on the Latest People Profile (Full Profile).
• The field appears when it has a value; it is hidden when empty.
• No error messages are shown.

1. Log in and proxy as a user with the relevant role that should view compensation data.
2. Open a target user’s People Profile.
3. Navigate to Compensation > Compensation Information > View All (Latest People Profile).
4. Check an employee where compa ratio has no value; observe the compa ratio field is not displayed.
5. Compare with an employee where compa ratio has a value; observe the field is displayed.

This is a Known Issue due to a defect in the 1H 2026 release.

Engineering confirmed a fix on 2611.
