3763159 - SUM unable to read DBA Tools files during extraction due to outdated CRL

Symptom

SUM is unable to read DBA Tools files placed in the SUM download directory during the extraction phase.

SUM log CAR.LOG contains entries indicating an error during the certificate revocation check:

EXECUTING /usr/sap/DV2/SUM/abap/bin/SAPCAR -V -crl <download directory>/crlbag.p7s -R ~/SUM/abap/exe -xvf <download directory>/<SAR file>
SAPCAR: processing archive <SAR file> (version X.XX)
SAPCAR: error during certificate revocation check (error 61). SSF-RC: SSF_API_CRL_OUTDATED
Detail: CRL is outdated (CurrentTime>CRL.nextUpdate)
CRL outdated. Download and use CRL from https://tcs.mysap.com/crl/crlbag.p7s
