3763169 - saphostctrl set the certificate password returns "saving credentials failed." - SAP ASE for BS

• using saphostctrl set enable SSL for existing SAP ASE Server for BS, refer to Kba:  2667773 - SYB: saphostctrl - enable SSL for existing systems

• To set the certificate password in the secure storage for SAP Host Agent,  using following saphostctrl command but its failing with error.
  saphostctrl -function SetDatabaseProperty -dbtype syb -dbname <DBSID> -dbuser SSL_cert -dbpass <certificate password>  USER=SSL_CERTIFICATE
