Symptom

"Legal Scan the Form" option is visible under the "Actions" in the latest form experience when "Enable Legal Scan" is not checked.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In the Form Template Settings, the "Enable Legal Scan" option is not checked.
  2. Launch or open a performance form using the latest form experience (form detail page).
  3. Open the Actions menu and observe that "Legal Scan the Form" is displayed.
  4. Optional comparison: Open the same form in the legacy experience and observe that the option is not displayed.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
