See error when accessing new hire task from the To-Do tile: "You don't have permission to access this page." (following with details e.g. error id, fingerprint, timestamp, etc.) 

(For SAP Support only) Backend log:

Accessed a tab that does not exist, most likely because of no access permission. Tab ID: "ONBOARDING_2". (This is a functional end-user permissions issue, not a serious operational error [UI-14045].)

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login/Proxy as the impacted user
2. Open the To-Do tile > select any new hire task e.g. equipment task
3. See the error "You don't have permission to access this page."

Missing below permission:

• Onboarding or Offboarding Permissions > Show Onboarding Tasks Status on the Dashboard

1. Go to Manage Permission Roles > open the role assigned to the impacted users
2. Grant permission: Onboarding or Offboarding Permissions > Show Onboarding Tasks Status on the Dashboard
3. Ensure the role is assigned with correct target population > save
4. Go to Provisioning > Company Settings > do RBP refresh
5. Go to OData API Metadata Refresh And Export page > refresh cache
6. Have the user sign out and sign in again to check the behavior
