Symptom

The error "Sorry, the app couldn't be opened" is triggered while trying to open the "Reconcile and File GSTR1" activity of GSTR1 report in Run Statutory Reports application.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Run Statutory Reports application.
  2. Open the GSTR1 report.
  3. Access the the "Reconcile and File GSTR1" activity.
  4. Observe the error "Sorry, the app couldn't be opened."

Cause

Missing Business Catalogue

Resolution

Ensure the business catalogue "SAP_FIN_BC_DRR_COMMON_PC" is assigned to the user to access the "Reconcile and File GSTR1" activity.
