3763362 - Parameter NO_MESSAGING set in BADI ARBCIG_BUY_ORDCHANGE_BADI not applied during Purchase Order Change processing

Symptom

In an SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA integration scenario with SAP Business Network through SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, the value of parameter NO_MESSAGING modified through BAdI ARBCIG_BUY_ORDCHANGE_BADI is not considered during subsequent Purchase Order change processing.

As a result, the Purchase Order is processed using the original parameter value instead of the value provided by the BAdI implementation, leading to unexpected messaging behavior.
