3763483 - HR Service Case Notifications are not displayed in SuccessFactors home page - ESM

After configuring HR Service Case notifications for the SuccessFactors home page following the steps from page Enabling HR Service Case Notifications on the Home Page | SAP Help Portal, no notifications are displayed in SuccessFactors side.

• ESM
• SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Per the business logic, notification cards are only sent to SuccessFactors when the case is set to either of these status:

• Status 04 "Customer Action": Lifecycle=IN_PROCESS + Assignment=REQUESTOR_ACTION
• Status 05 "Completed": Lifecycle=COMPLETED + Assignment=REQUESTOR_ACTION

So if the case is not set to any of these status, no notifications are expected in SuccessFactors side.
