3763499 - VSAAS Upgrade for Data Services Encrypted Extracts

There is a note in Upgrade for Data Services Encrypted Extracts | SAP Help Portal , that states GnuPG (gpg2) is being upgraded from version 2.2 to 2.4 , it mentions with the H1 2026 update. Does this also apply to VSaaS on H2 2025?

Yes, this does apply to our VSaaS customers.  As this is not a code change on the LMS code itself it is a full update to all systems for the encryption of DSE. It will be done for all environments before September 30, 2026 .
