3763555 - WEBGUI: History not working after Chrome / Edge 149 update

Symptom

  • Users cannot select any entry from the history list (dropdown list) with mouse.
  • Users can't access previous transactions used through the OK code field history.
  • This issue occurs on any field that contains history dropdown, including in fields from application screens.
