Symptom

  • The RMA Java process consumes unusually high CPU — typically 80–200% as reported by top or ps.
  • The high CPU persists after restarting RMA on both Primary and Standby nodes.
  • The RMA log shows hadrGetLog executing repeatedly throughout the day, each execution taking more than 2 minutes:

    [INFO] [ProxyGetLog] - Task hadrGetLog - Time task started - Tue May 19 00:15:02 SGT 2026
    [INFO] [ProxyGetLog] - Task hadrGetLog - Time task ended   - Tue May 19 00:17:08 SGT 2026

  • The RMA log file grows rapidly due to continuous hadrGetLog entries.
