3763617 - Open story link in email not working when viewed in the New MS Outlook for email generated by a Publication in SAP Analytics Cloud

• When scheduling stories with "Preview Inline", the link to the story in the email works in classic Outlook but not in New Outlook.
• In New Outlook, the "Open Story" area has no hyperlink/URL, so the story cannot be opened from the email.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.8.6

1. In SAP Analytics Cloud, schedule a publication for a story.
2. In Email Delivery Options, select "Preview Inline" and check the option: "Include link to story"
3. Add a recipient and start the schedule.
4. In classic Outlook, open the received publication email and observe the “Open Story” link works.
5. In New Outlook, open the same email and observe the “Open Story” area has no hyperlink and is not clickable.
