3763619 - Clarification on Data Behavior for QUAN field from ECC to Datasphere via SLT Replication Flow

Symptom

When using a SAP Datasphere Replication Flow with SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server) to replicate a table from a SAP ECC system to ADLS (Azure Data Lake Storage), the quantity in the target displays an unexpected value — the number is approximately 1000× larger than the value seen in the source system.

Example: table LIPS, field BRGEW (Gross Weight) with Data type QUAN (15,3)

The value in ADLS appears to be in grams rather than kilograms, resulting in a factor-of-1000 discrepancy (3 decimal places shifted).
