3763631 - Why is my purchase order Obsoleted (PO)?

Symptom

  • My Purchase Order shows status “Obsoleted” in SAP Business Network
  • PO actions (Confirm, Ship/ASN, Invoice) are disabled or not available for this PO
  • I Attempt to confirm/invoice and a message indicating the order is obsolete or superseded is displayed
  • My PO disappeared from the default list view when “Latest version only” filter is on
