Symptom

  • Unable to locate background job SAP_BC_IDP_WS_SWITCH_BD or SAP_BC_IDP_WS_SWITCH_BDID in transaction SM37.
  • The job is expected to be scheduled from transaction WSIDPADMIN.
  • Despite the configuration being maintained in transaction WSIDPADMIN, the job is not visible in SM37.
  • Flag "Switch Document Tables" or "Switch Document ID Tables" is greyed out
